Sue Teoh

Sue Teoh is a personal trainer and triathlon coach. She is internationally certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), FIT Malaysia,Nike Running Master Trainer, Run-Fit Specialist and Triathlon Coach Certified by International Triathlon Union (ITU).  An accomplished athlete excelling in competitive swimming. She is currently part of Malaysia’s National Triathlon team and has represented Malaysia in 2015 SEA Games. Through coaching, she passionately helps and empowers people of all ages achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals
